We are looking to fill the third room (which is a finished attic) in the house we are renting. We are very centrally located. About ten minutes from Aksarben, Midtown, Downtown, and UNO. We are both fairly laid back males in our mid twenties, clean, and responsible, as well as fairly avid gamers. We do have occasional parties, but they are fairly low key. Social drinking and games kind of things. Both the kitchen and bathroom are newly remodeled, and a new bathroom has been built in the basement. We both share the basement bathroom, so the one upstairs would be more or less exclusively yours. Utilities are partially included in the rent as long as they don't exceed $300. Anything over that we make up the difference. (But we haven't ever exceeded that) Rent is $500/month with the first months rent and a $100 move in fee up front.
