We train them using a proven system for setting appointments and running appointments.Job Description:Greatland Financial is looking to expand. We want to work with people that are coachable, relatable, accountable, and driven. You can be part time or full time. We want people that are moral and grounded.no egos here. We can train sales and we can train our products. We can't train your personality and values. We provide service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients by developing and maintaining relationships that are consistent with our corporate culture.Sales Managers will assist, educate and develop other agents in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements.
