We are currently searching for an energetic, polished professional to work as a Roving Leasing Consultant at our communities in Omaha - Harrisburg Apartments and Park Place Apartments. As the Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for leasing and marketing of current and upcoming vacant apartments, completing all leasing paperwork, compiling and processing all applications for approval, following up on leads and inquiries, community outreach and marketing to find new referral sources, explaining lease details to future residents, showing apartments and spotlighting all relevant property information, keying required rental and traffic information into the computer, assisting with notices to vacate, accepting rental payments, walking the apartments, and providing all potential and current residents with outstanding customer service.
