OEM Sales ManagerTruck-Lite Co., LLC, a Division of Penske Company LLC - Transportation Components Group, headquartered in Falconer, NY, and with manufacturing and distribution facilities in Coudersport, Wellsboro, and McElhattan, PA, has an immediate opening for a OEM Sales Manager in support of the North American Trailer market. For over 55 years Truck-Lite has been the leading designer and manufacturer of vehicular lighting, and visibility products for the heavy-duty truck and trailer markets in North America. The Company also operates related subsidiary businesses in Puebla, Mexico, Birmingham, UK, Harlow, UK, and Eisenach, Germany. Job Description:This position reports to the National Sales Director and is primarily responsible for promoting and creating sales of Truck-Lite products through direct interface with Purchasing and Engineering OEM personnel. Specific responsibilities include: Develops, improves and maintains sales of Truck-Lite product lines via daily sales calls with Trailer Market OEM, OES, and special assigned accounts. Participates on cross-functional teams for planning and developing new products. Cooperates, coordinates, and enhances team efforts of all Truck-Lite personnel at all levels. Coordinates with Regional and Divisional sales staff efforts. Participates in and conduct dealer sales training seminars, open houses, trade shows to help create and promote sales and education of the customer base. Reports competitive market information to Truck-Lite. Responds with requested market information in an accurate and timely manner. Completes paper work in an accurate and timely manner. Paper work includes ACT, Expense Forms, Engineering Work Request, Quote forms, etc. Controls expenses and keep company equipment in clean working condition. Reports any problems to your supervisor or appropriate department. Looks for ways to increase productivity with available resources. Supports other assignments as directed. Extensive travel in required. Candidates must be willing to reside in the North/Central US region. Preferred locations are Omaha, NE/Des Moines, IA, Kansas City, KS.
