Overview:
Due to company growth, The Richdale Apartments is expanding our corporate staff in Lease Dispute Resolutions. This position will focus on providing superior customer service to our current residents while enforcing compliance of the lease agreements.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include initiating and follow:up of correspondence by phone, email, and/or regular mail to current residents with regard to resolving any violations of the terms of their lease, negotiating and preparing lease renewals, and other duties as assigned. This position requires a great deal of diplomacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will need at least 2 years of customer service experience, great multi:tasking abilities, excellent communications, both verbal and written, superior problem solving skills and proficiency with MS Office products. Hours are Monday:Friday from 9:00 am :6:00 pm.
