Responsibilities: Manage first-class buildings nationwide of various property types, industrial, office and retail. Build relationships with current customers. Handle build-outs or tenant improvements. Conduct physical inspections (exterior, interior, vacancies) Establish a preventative maintenance plan. Complete tenant work requests viamanagement ofmaintenance technicians. Ensure allbuilding systemsare properly maintained. Recommend capital improvements to owner.
