(2) xxxx Triumph Tiger Classic/Vintage TR6R For Sale in Birmingham, Alabama xxxx2 Mechanics Special Two xxxx Triumph TR6R motorcycles. Both have matching engine and frame numbers! These were the classic ''barn finds''. Selling as a package deal, $6,000 for both motorcycles. One TR6R is about 98% complete and in nearly original condition and was in running condition last summer according to the former owner. The other TR6R is a 75% complete rolling chassis with a rebuilt engine. Both Triumphs have good tires and I have several invoices detailing the work the former owner had done on them. The 98% complete motorcycle would be a great candidate for an original condition restoration. The rolling chassis motorcycle has a late xxxx's Triumph front end installed on it with a Lockheed disc brake. This one would make a good cafe racer project. There are a couple of boxes of miscellaneous parts for the rolling chassis including the headlight shell, gauges, mufflers, chrome fenders, chain guard, oil tank, side cover, Amal carb., etc. These motorcycles do not have VIN numbers or titles. In Alabama where I live, no titles are necessary for a motorcycle made in xxxx. Both motorcycles have less than 10,000 miles showing on the odometer but I have no idea what the actual mileage might be. The 98% complete TR6R had a valid Georgia registration in xxxx. $6,000.00 for both TR6Rs. Will sell separately: $4,500 for 98% complete TR6R and $1,500 for rolling chassis TR6R.
